7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India.
We reserve the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes, high-value orders, or locations where COD services are unavailable.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the restriction or suspension of future COD facilities.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver books across India through trusted courier partners, including:

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If an order is not delivered within 8–10 working days due to reasons attributable to us or our logistics partners, the customer may contact our support team for assistance. If the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may refer to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy for applicable options.
10. Replacement Policy
We provide replacements only in the following situations:
- The customer receives a damaged book.
- The customer receives an incorrect book.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Provide your order details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
11. Returns
Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:
- The customer ordered the wrong book.
- The customer selected the wrong edition.
- The customer no longer requires the product.
- The customer changes their mind after delivery.
Please review product details carefully before placing an order.
12. Refunds
Refunds may be issued only in circumstances approved by Rajasthali Books, including but not limited to:
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled.
- Orders not delivered within the applicable delivery period due to reasons attributable to us or our logistics partners.
- Payments made for cancelled orders before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Cash on Delivery refunds may require customers to provide valid bank account details for processing.
